SEC-RI-UV-MALLS with eluent 0.5% LiBr in DMSO.

Usual preparation:

Mix 4 mg sample in 2 ml eluent (0.5%LiBr+DMSO). Dissolve at 60C over night. Filter with 0.45um syringe filter into glass vial.
