Low-vacuum Hitachi Tabletop SEM TM-1000 (Japan), equipped with the BSE detector and a W filament. Very user-friendly instrument, ideal for the low-magnification analysis (up to ×10 000) of various materials, including beam-sensitive specimens. No sample grounding is required.
