• Guard column (50x8 mm, 10um particle size)
• Columns: PSS Suprema (300x8 mm, 10um particle size), three in series: 30Å, 1000Å, 1000Å pore size 
• Detectors: UV (built-in; 205, 254, 280 nm; opt. 500 nm), RI (Waters 2414) 
• Eluent: 10 mM NaOH, 1 mL/min (default)
• Standards: Pullulan (342 to 708000 Da), Glucose (internal standard)

Second usage: HPLC for Organic Acids

• Column: Rezex ROA Organic acid column
• Eluent: 2.5 mM H₂SO₄

Training is only offered to frequent users.
